This class will show you why we respond physically and emotionally to our life experiences. It will also explain why we attract certain people and situations and more importantly, how to begin changing our patterns of behavior to create peace within our "self" and our families.

Linda has been teaching alternative healing methods for over 26 years with a thriving practice in Danielson and North Stonington, Connecticut. She is the previous owner of Sunflowers Natural Food & Café and has worked extensively teaching her clients how to heal themselves from the inside out.
